The room felt like home. I am having to stay in Columbia weekly. Each hotel has been updated and remodeled but this one felt comfortable. I felt comfortable walking around in my socks. The bed was cozy, the comforter not too thick-not too thin. The food options for the breakfast included plenty of grab and go items in addition to the warm food which was perfect since I needed to leave for work so early. Such a nice stay. I had originally planned to try a different hotel each week I have to stay...but I think I found my home away from home.

The staff was on top of all my needs. When the room refrigerator did not have a small freezer section they verified and then had a new refrigerator/freezer brought to my room. Outstanding service. The breakfast has been the best so far of our travels. Would you pleas let me know what brand of hot chocolate packets you us. The hot chocolate was delicious and I would like to buy the hot chocolate packets for home use. You can send the info to either my email of [email protected] or text me at 402-213-1584. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

It was a nice big room and the bed was very comfortable. I liked that there was a mini fridge and microwave in the room. I did appreciate being called to inform me that there was no hot water available, but that it was being worked on. I was offered a discount which I accepted because I didn't want to try to find another hotel since I would be at the VA hospital all day while my husband had surgery. Thankfully, the water situation was fixed by the time I checked in that evening.

The room was super clean and smelled good. I loved, loved, loved the Dove dispensers of soap, shampoo and conditioner in the shower! Breakfast was really good, lots of hot and cold choices and items you can take with you for a snack during the day. The staff were exceptionally nice. The woman taking care of breakfast was so helpful and kind. Loved her personality. The only negative, pillows are a bit hard. Other than that, great stay.

This hotel was in the perfect location. The parking lot was under construction to prevent sinking. As it was a little “inconvenient” to walk around the construction we did not mind. The room was spacious and very clean. The Wi-Fi was fast and the breakfast was easily the best compared to the many other hotels we have stayed at in Columbia. we will be making multiple trips to Columbia and will be choosing this hotel if rooms are available.
